“Hiking as an antidepressant” conversation will take place during Conversation Festival LAMPA on September 5 from 12:30 till 13:30 in Cesis (LV) and online. Use your chance to find more about hiking and amazing cross-border hiking roads that have been developed or are under construction in all three Baltic countries and in the neighbouring region of Russia, Pskov oblast.

The conversation will be moderated by journalist and World Wildlife Fund ambassador Kristīne Garklāva to connect the field experts:

  • Gatis Bušs, family psychotherapist,
  • Matijs Babris, entrepreneur, architect, adventure traveller and hiker,
  • Edgars and Baiba, hikers.
