2020 is the 30 years anniversary of Interreg and 25 years of Austria’s membership in the European Union. Of the 10 active Interreg programmes in Vienna (14 total in Austria), three of them are hosted by the City of Vienna.
Vienna contributes in and benefits from Interreg greately and this European Cooperation Day, we will use the public press in Vienna to tell people about Interreg its great benefits for Austria.
In line with the spirit of social distancing due to the pandemic conditions, we will tell the story of Interreg to the Viennese residents indirectly but effectively, making use of free public publications printed by the City of Vienna and delivered to millions of Viennese residents.
