00:00 - 00:00

The Joint Operational Programme Romania – Ukraine 2014-2020 is celebrating for an entire month the European Cooperation Day, starting September 21. In 2020, we are celebrating ”Safely together!”.

A month of ECDay!

Between September 21 and October 20, 2020, we invite you to join us in a “safe” trip. We will travel by bus through Tulcea, Botosani, Suceava, Baia Mare or Satu Mare (Romania) on a journey with public transport. Thus, we carry the message of the Romania – Ukraine programme for European Cooperation Day and invite everyone to join our online campaign to promote cooperation. We are also organizing a campaign of distributing free sanitary mask under the same theme, “Safely together!”.  We target the people reaching for public transport means in 5 cities from the border area. As cooperation is an already traditional concept in the area of our program, we celebrate cross-border partnerships that generate results and solutions to common problems of both countries.

Multiple actions!
Our beneficiaries and partners are also ready to celebrate the joy of cooperation through various attractive activities. These are carried out both in Romania and in Ukraine. We invite you to consult the list of events and details regarding the actions carried out by the Romania – Ukraine Programme 2014-2020 during this period. You can find us on the official website and also on the Facebook page of the programme

We focus on raising awareness about the importance of cooperation across borders in these dire times and the involvement of the RO- UA Programme in the life of people in the eligible area. The main focus will be an extensive  digitization campaign and supporting the epidemiological prevention through distribution of protective masks in public transport, distribution of promotional items, while  promoting the campaign through outdoor branding and on-line advertising, signage and customized inflatable mascots. In Romania the campaign will focus on outdoor display through bus branding and distribution of promotional items, while in Ukraine the highlight will be on on-line presence.
